There are several ways to install fonts in Windows 7.

The easiest way to install a font is to double-click on a font file, and click  ‘Install’. The font will then be available from any software that allows you to edit text in Windows  i.e. Word, Photoshop etc.

Another way to install a font is to right-click on a font file, and select ‘Install’.

Another option, used more when you need to install multiple font files at once, is to use the Control Panel.

Select ‘Control Panel’ from the ‘Start’ menu.
Select the ‘Appearance and Personalization’ category.
Select ‘Fonts’
Drag your font file(s) and drop it into the Fonts window.
